We began by automating the spreadsheets, emails and copy-paste routines that were eating our clients' weeks. Word spread, the problems got bigger, and so did the team.
Today we design and run products for startups, scale-ups and established companies — but we've kept the same small-team habits: senior people only, direct communication, and a deep sense of ownership.
